Choreographer, holder of the silver UNESCO sign «For Merit in the Field of Choreographic Art», head of the choreography section of the «House of Folk Art» of the Committee for Culture of the Leningrad Region. Laureate of All-Russian and International Competitions of Choreographers; co-founder of the International Festival-Competition of Choreographic Art «Slavic Cup»; author of the collection «Traditional dances of the indigenous peoples of the Leningrad region», Chairman of the State Examination Commission of the St. Petersburg State Institute of Culture.
ALEVTINA MIKHAILOVA (Saratov, Russia)
Doctor of Arts, Head of the Department of Folk Singing and Ethnomusicology, Saratov State Conservatory named after L.V. Sobinova, professor. Multiple holder of a grant from the Russian Humanitarian Science Foundation (RHNF) for a series of scientific folklore and ethnographic expeditions across the Volga region, central Russia and southern Russia (2009, 2011, 2013, 2014). She took an active part in organizing and conducting All-Russian scientific readings dedicated to L.L. Christiansen (Saratov, 2005, 2007, 2010, 2012; 2015; 2017; 2020) and the All-Russian conference «In Memory of the Teacher» to the 75th anniversary of A.S. Yareshko (Saratov, 2018). Author of about 100 scientific publications on folklore, folk singing education, including two monographs, two folklore collections. Laureate of the I degree of the All-Russian competition of scientific works and methodological developments of teachers of secondary specialized educational institutions and universities (Rostov-on-Don, Rakhmaninov State Conservatory, 2013). She is one of the initiators and an active participant in the movement of the cultural community of Saratov to revive the folk musical symbol of the Volga region – the Saratov harmonica and the tradition of playing it within the framework of the project “Let’s Preserve the Cultural Symbol of the Saratov Land”. The author of the creative project of the All-Russian open festival «The Saratov Accordion Sounds…» Holder of letters of commendation, gratitude from ministries, departments and various organizations.
